How To Make A Skinny Piña Colada
We have found the perfect summer day cocktail. This skinny Piña Colada is a low(er) calorie version of the classic tropical drink. These are super easy to throw together to make any day feel like a vacation day.

Makes 1 Skinny Piña Colada
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Coconut Rum
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (about 1/4 of a lime)
4 oz Coconut La Croix
Chill your pineapple juice and coconut La Croix in the fridge for a few hours prior to making your tropical concoctions.
In a glass add all the ingredients and stir. Add ice and serve immediately, preferably with a cocktail umbrella. Hope you enjoy these super easy skinny piña coladas!
