Our Skinny Piña Colada Recipe
We have found the perfect summer day cocktail. This skinny pina colada recipe is a low(er) calorie version of the classic tropical drink. These are super easy to throw together to make any day feel like a vacation day.

Pina Colada Recipe Ingredients
Makes 1 Skinny Piña Colada
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Coconut Rum
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (about 1/4 of a lime)
4 oz Coconut La Croix
Chill Your Ingredients
The most important part of the recipe is to make sure to make sure everything is ice cold.
Chill your pineapple juice and coconut La Croix in the fridge for a few hours prior to making your tropical concoctions.
In a glass add all the ingredients and stir. Add ice and serve immediately, preferably with a cocktail umbrella.
