Personalize Your Back To School Supplies With Paint Pens
Summer is drawing to a close and regardless of what your back to school plan looks like, you can still have the kids deck out some school supplies and make them their own. We picked up a few composition books, two pocket folders and paint pens and let the kids spend some time off their screens personalizing their supplies.

Paint Pens – We snagged these from Target the other day but you we also love these Posca ones on Amazon
Poly Cover Composition Books or Poly 2 Pocket Folders – Available where school supplies are sold. We found this pack at Target
Nail Polish Remover & Cotton swabs, Q-tips or cotton rounds to erase any mess ups
A great thing about most of the poly cover folders and composition books is that you can see through them to trace. If you don’t feel like free-handing a design, you can search online for different pictures and fonts then print them out to trace.
We found a fun graffiti font that made Algebra look a lot more fun hahaha.
I would recommend picking up extra composition books and/or folders because the kids flew through the ones we brought home decorating each one.
The paint pens were very forgiving allowing us to erase with the nail polish remover. It was a really fun project to get back into school mode.
Both our 12 year old and 7 year old spent a few hours happily decorating and personalizing their composition books.
Let the paint fully dry for a couple hours before handling the books or stacking them.
