Free Printable Adult Birthday Party Signs

This is a super easy DIY decoration for your next adult birthday shindig.  These DIY Printable Adult Birthday Party Signs we created these for my recent 40th (EEEEK!) birthday party and I loved how they turned out.  All you need is a home printer and a few supplies.

Supplies

  • home printer
  • thin white cardstock or computer paper
  • inexpensive 4”x6” photo frames (can be found at stores like Walmart or Dollar Tree)
  • scissors
  • spray paint (only if you want to change the color of the frames to match your party’s color scheme.)
    • gloves and cardboard or heavy drop cloth if you’re spray painting

Click on the PDFs below that you would like to print.

If you’re using cardstock make sure to check your printer settings because most printers have a separate tray or place to load cardstock.

Cut the sign out along the thin border.

If you plan to spray paint your frames pop out the glass and photo mat if included and set aside.

Lay out your frames front side down on a large piece of cardboard or heavy drop cloth in a well-ventilated area.  Make sure to weigh down the edges of the drop cloth so the wind doesn’t blow the corners and move your drying frames.

Wait until that side is completely dry (check the directions on your spray paint for suggested drying time before handling) and flip them over so the front side is facing up. Apply a thin layer of spray paint to the front of your frames and let it dry before reapplying any necessary second coats.

When the frames are all dry pop back in the glass or plastic front, place your signs in and put on the backs of the frames. Now they are ready to party!  Place them on your buffet table, around on side tables, or anywhere you want to add a little more fun to your event decor.
